Senior Level QA Test Automation Engineer
Custom Software Systems Inc. (CSS), is seeking a Senior Level QA Test Automation Engineer with more than seven (7) years or proven experience in developing and maintaining automated test framework covering functional, integration, and performance testing. This role will provide detailed automated and manual test case development, software testing, verification, and certification of deliverables in accordance to the client's IT System Development Methodology (SDM). The person will assist in refining client business requirements and mentoring less senior staff members and is also expected to recommend and assist in implementation of overall QA process improvements and best practices.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Hands-on experience in Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT) tool, Selenium, or other common automation programming skills for test preparation, navigation of data entry screens and statistical output for results reporting
- Knowledge of SQL Server and experience in writing query using SQL
- Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies and test driven development
- Strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience mentoring junior staff members
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field
